The Need-to-Know Before You Go

GATE TIMES

Gates typically open 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings. Day of show information can also be found on our Instagram and Facebook on show days.

BAG POLICY

Please note that we have a clear bag only policy. We will allow clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Small clutch bags do not need to be clear but cannot be larger than 6”x 9”.

PARKING LOTS

Parking lots open an hour before the scheduled gate time. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP

Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise as traffic is set to flow outwards once the show ends.

For fans using taxis and ride shares, you should exit through the front gates and follow the signs for ride share. There is a designated pick up location a short walk from the front gates.

COME RAIN OR SHINE

The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly (typically lightning). If there are any changes due to weather, you'll find that information on our social pages on show day.

MOBILE ENTRY

Your phone is your ticket. Before you set out, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. We recommend doing this before you head to the show.

CARD/CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to Guest Services and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

FOOD & DRINK

Outside food & beverages are not allowed except for one (1) sealed water bottle and one (1) clear gallon-sized bag for snacks. There is a wide variety of dinner and beverage options available on-site. We recommend checking out Trejo's Tacos or Volt Burger while you're here!

BOX OFFICE

Open on show days from 12pm and typically closes 30 minutes after the final act of the night takes the stage. The box office is also open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12pm-4pm on non-show days.

THE MERCH

Find that coveted merch at our merchandise booths located by the front gates and in both plazas.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS

Are you the DD tonight? The Jack Daniels’ designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a special poker chip from guest services and you can enjoy a free fountain soda at any of our drink concessions.
